Pharmacies Continue Digital Marketing Program with WSI
Search engine optimization remains one of the best ways to promote traffic to a website. We are pleased that Dinno Health, a company that operates three pharmacies in the Greater Boston area, continues their local SEO program with WSI for the second year. Like most independent pharmacies, they pride themselves on developing personal relationships with their patients and being involved in their own communities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they worked hard and were able to procure PPE for their communities, and donated some PPE to local essential personnel, including the police and fire departments.
The pharmacy group holds health and wellness events every month in Acton and Newton. These events provide a venue for local physicians, nurses, nutritionists, chiropractors, yoga and meditation experts, acupuncturists, etc. to give workshops and seminars on various health-related topics. These are promoted on the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google My Business, as well as email.
As we continue the local SEO program, we will focus on additional keywords that have not yet achieved first-page ranking status. We publish monthly blog posts on health and wellness blog on WordPress, a home and healthy living blog on Blogger, a home and housekeeping blog on Medium, a family life style blog on Wix and a family life and wellness blog on Weebly, that build links to the website. The Google My Business listings of the three pharmacy stores will be optimized and weekly posts will be published. In addition to regular posts, the pharmacies are also posting videos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns are also deployed as needed.
We will monitor the pharmacies’ web visibility progress every month, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. The program’s objective is to increase website traffic, drive more visitors to the stores and increase attendance at the pharmacies’ events.
